The more you lose yourself in something bigger than yourself, the more energy you will have. You will not have time to think about yourself and get bogged down in your emotional difficulties.

A sense of inferiority and inadequacy interfere with the attainment of your hopes, but self confidence leads to self realization and successful achievement.

A primary method for giving a mind full of peace is to practice emptying the mind and immediately start filling your mind with creative and healthy thoughts.

Do everything more slowly, less hectically and without any pressure.
